Peter Mugogo has held senior management positions in a leading Pan-African micro-finance company Blue Employee Benefits Limited where he worked as the acting Country Manager, branch manager and Sales/Customer Consultant.
He also led sales at Enjuba Credit Ltd before joining Solution Africa as a trainer and coach.
Peter has undergone graduate training in Business Management, Marketing, and Leadership from Witts Business School.
He has 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Organization Management and Leadership.
Through his work, he has gained a wealth of experience in doing business around Africa and developed the tenacity and agility needed to win and close deals—an experience he brings to his training and coaching relationship with participants.
Peter believes that no man is perfect but a team can be. This belief forms a core part of his daily executions.
