Julius is an internationally certified speaker, trainer, coach and facilitator who has led and trained teams in management & leadership, change management, sales, marketing, communications, customer care and strategic planning across 20+ countries.
He is a Licensed Practitioner of Insights Discovery solutions, a member of the John Maxwell Team, a member of the chartered institute of marketing (CIM) UK and an advisor to its Board through the learning advisory group. He is a member of the exclusive U.S. Presidential Precinct Network, the invite-only premier network for global leaders.
An author of two leadership books, Julius is also a lecturer at Uganda Christian University where he teaches the Masters in Public Health program.
Julius leads the team at Solutions Africa. He previously served with Imprint, ARB, Chemonics, and PSI where he worked as the Sales & Marketing Director. Julius studied marketing communications at New York University and has a master’s level qualification in marketing from London School of Marketing/CIM. He also has an MBA in strategic planning from Edinburgh Business School and an MSc in Public Health from University of London. His undergraduate was a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Leadership at UKZN
